Currently, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and contribute to our success.

Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. You will work closely with various departments and assist with a range of tasks to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.

  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, monitoring inventory levels and reordering as necessary.

  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including paperwork processing and orientation coordination.

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents as needed.

  • Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and other stakeholders as required.

  • Assist with event planning and coordination for company meetings and functions.

  • Support special projects and other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.

  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
