Shift Options (Condensed Work Week Basis):

• Days: 6 am-6 pm, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday with every other Wednesday

• Nights: 6 pm-6 am, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday with every other Wednesday

• Days: 6 am-6 pm, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with every other Wednesday

• Nights: 6 pm-6 am, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with every other Wednesday

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers to assemble, test, and troubleshoot mechanical systems and components.

• Conduct quality control checks on products and ensure compliance with specifications.

• Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes.

• Maintain accurate records of test results, equipment maintenance, and inventory.

• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping (VSM).

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemical, or equivalent experience.

• Experience: Manufacturing internship or co-op experience desirable.

• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Intro to Lean, 5S, Kaizen, VSM).

• Proficiency in using various tools and equipment.

Shift Benefits:

• Condensed work week with 12-hour shifts.

• Daily pay breakdown: 8 hours of regular pay and 4 hours of overtime pay (time and a half).
