Clean Harbors Central Logistics Operations Analyst in Norwell, Massachusetts

Clean Harbors is seeking a Central Logistics Operations Analyst to join our safety conscious team.

  • Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.

  • Develop and maintain Route Service Plan for each location assigned to geographical territory.

  • With Director of Customer Routing, set direction and priorities for Routing and Route Optimization activities across assigned geographical area.

  • Implement daily strategies.

  • Act as internal resource for assigned accounts.

  • Provide coverage for internal personnel, as necessary.

  • Develop and maintain schedule dates for service and distribute to the field.

  • Follow-up to determine if any service dates are missed.

  • Support with special projects, as necessary

  • Assists with conducting interviews and performance evaluations of multiple department positions following employee touch point process

  • Bachelors degree

  • 1 - 3 years’ experience

  • Alternative combinations of education & experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. Bachelors Degree, 4-6 years of related experience.

  • Strong strategic thinker and problem solver

  • Exceptional attention to detail. Smart, thorough and able to work independently.

  • Personable, able to work effectively as a member of a team and build relationships with peers and internal customers in other departments

  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to simplify and explain complex analyses.

  • Good work ethic, desire to learn and be challenged, self-driven and motivated

  • Travel is less than 10%
