At Pro-Tel , as a Quality control Coordinator , you’ll complete close out packages, review test records and complete audits on engineering specifications to assure adherence to customer standards and guidelines. Assist Quality Manager with obligations to our customer needs and to meet the requirements for ISO 9001 and TL9000 standards.

    What you’ll do as a Quality Control Coordinator.

  • Audit detailed engineering packages to assure complete and accurate content.

  • Prepare final copies of specification packages and distribute according to account specifics.

  • Interface with all levels of management in Pro-Tel sales, operations, engineering, installation, and procurement services.

  • Prepare Final Close out packages to meet customer requirements and distribute according to account specifics.

  • Work with Quality Manager to establish, conduct and maintain QMS audits and audit schedule

  • Provide support as needed to Quality Group, Quality Manager and Engineering staff.

  • Distribute, create and revise Pro-Tel/Customer Badges as required.

  • Perform Inventory audits quarterly as required.

    What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older

  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company

  • Wireless telecommunications experience.

  • Knowledge of basic computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, AutoCAD, or similar drawing programs, miscellaneous web-based programs and general file structure.

  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision.

  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.

  • Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively

    Physical abilities & exposures

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

    Salary Range $23-$28hr.
