Description We are on the hunt for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in the construction/contractor industry in Novato, California. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity where you will be tasked with handling a variety of accounting functions using various software systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle full charge bookkeeping duties using computerized accounting systems

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Conduct annual budget planning and cash flow analysis

• Maintain and utilize accounting software systems for financial tracking and reporting

• Use Microsoft Excel for data management and financial analysis

• Leverage Great Plains (GPAC) for business accounting functions

• Resolve financial inquiries using ADP - Financial Services

• Ensure accurate customer credit records are maintained

• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential.

• Must be comfortable with Computerized Accounting System.

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) is beneficial.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Must be capable of performing all Accounting Functions.

• Responsible for managing Accounts Payable (AP).

• Responsible for managing Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Involved in the preparation of the Annual Budget.

• Capable of conducting Cash Flow Analysis.
