Job Description

Day to Day:

  * Providing Technical Support to customers.

  * Travel to customer's location to repair or modify Komatsu Stamping Press Equipment

  * Responsible for improving Service sales and parts sales through Customer Contact.

  * Supervise the repair using sub-contractors and/or Customers maintenance people.

  * Preform PM and Inspections.

  * Calculate and prepare accurate quotations for Service to Customers. This includes contacting Sub-Contractors and preparing their estimate into our quote for service.

  * Present quotation to the customers with explanation.

  * Prepare and present final reports to customers including Inspection reports.

  * Provide Warranty Service and Support

  * Contact Customers on a regular basis for Customer relationships. Promote Service and Parts sales.

  * Provide Technical phone support. Supply the Customer with viable Product information to repair their equipment.

Skills and Requirements

• Associate degree with an emphasis in Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

    * 5+ years of experience in Stamping Press or Manufacturing Maintenance

    * Experience managing or supervising a team in a manufacturing/mechanical setting

    * Hands on technical experience in a manufacturing/mechanical setting

    * Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and forward-thinking attitude.

    * Flexibility, adaptability, and effective multitasking to support company initiatives.

Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization. * Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree

  * Komatsu Press Experience
