About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of EE engineers for achieving excellence in electrical engineering for Digital-Cockpit and ADAS products. You will be responsible for developing products in various stages of their lifecycle from definition and architecture to robust design to mass production. As a hardware project leader, you will evaluate the key components and oversee the system architecture alignment with the Digital-Cockpit and ADAS platforms to improve the re-use and development efficiencies.

What You Will Do Lead a team of EE engineers working across multiple Digital-Cockpit, Central compute and ADAS domains (Tuner, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi, Navigation, and Audio/ Video interfaces) hardware & systems designs, system test, manufacturing, and project management to deliver state of the art automotive products. Develop expertise in the organization focusing on maximizing the efficiency of highly capable engineers and deploying effective processes. Work closely with suppliers/customers/internal teams to drive the technology roadmap and integrate into products. Lead and coordinate team for customer program delivery and new business pursuit Work with product lines to define the product roadmap and platform architectures. Communicate with all stakeholders internally and externally on the system designs. Monitor quality and cost data in development and production phases to update cost targets and development processes and objectives for continuous improvement and best practices. Support Programs from quotation to production, meeting internal and customer milestones in between as well as technical and budget targets. Identify time, budget, and technical risks, define mitigation plans, and execute them as needed. Build strong relationships with the OEM engineering teams in North America through transparency and exceptional customer service. Support customer negotiations for delivery timing and content, set implementation and defect resolution priorities and manage release activities. Lead benchmarking activities and participation in industry events to stay up to date on technology and Identify areas of improvements, cost reduction and business opportunities.

What You Need Bachelor's degree in electrical, Computer, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred. Self-motivated with strong strategic vision planning and tactical skills to achieve the vision. 10+ years of experience in automotive engineering and embedded design Profound Knowledge in System/HW/SW Engineering for Automotive Systems Knowledge of schematics, layout, and simulation tools Familiar with system benchmarking/profiling tools for performance evaluation and optimization Experience in managing projects from start to finish, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management. Experience in creating innovative hardware solutions, developing analog & digital circuit systems and problem-solving skills.
