Job Summary:

Sourcemap is seeking a Solutions Architecture Lead who will lead customer solution design, integration support and contribute to the product strategy for our rapidly growing software company. The Solutions Architecture Lead sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Customer Success to help define the next generation of enterprise experiences at Sourcemap and represents the voice of our users when defining product requirements and technical specifications. The Solutions Architecture Lead will also contribute by recommending product and process improvements, identifying growth and product opportunities, and increasing revenue.

This role can be fully remote or have the option for a flexible hybrid schedule in our downtown Manhattan office.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Engage with multiple customers and key account representatives to define integration requirements and identify functional gaps, and design the end-to-end customer solution.

• Collaborate and strategize with cross-functional teams to efficiently deliver company and customer objectives.

• Support customers during integration testing and triage blockers with Product and Engineering to unblock customer launches.

• Design, implement, and maintain standard processes and methodologies for implementation execution.

• Collaborate with Sales Engineering to document business requirements and integration specifications.

• Actively drive the sales cycle via prospect demos, design, implementation and integration

• Assist in launching new products by serving as a source of product and ecosystem expertise knowledge.

• Measure the effectiveness of the strategies and the plans made by different Teams for product development.

• Develop standard communication protocols and documentation templates.

• Provide useful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.

• All other duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct manager or department head.

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in a hands-on Solutions Architecture or Solutions Consulting role.

• Experience integrating and launching enterprise customers onto B2B SaaS solutions.

• Experience scoping, designing, and testing integrations for Enterprise software, including common ERP and data lake solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, work within a cross-functional team, and across multiple partners and geographies to deliver project outcomes.

• Experience with virtual and on-site customer and prospect presentation skills, including articulating solution value and competitive differentiators

• Passionate and technical problem solver with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) at all levels of an organization.

Sourcemap offers a competitive compensation package based on job-related factors such as business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications. For this role, the base salary range is $150k-200k. Sourcemap offers a benefit package, including but not limited to paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental and vision benefits, 401k.
