Responsible for the day-day supervision of 23 professional employees within Warranty Department. Run weekly department reports and serve as to go expert for internal reporting. Facilitate department schedule and time off requests including timesheets in Ultipro. Assist in implementation of JDE E1. Review warranty exceptions. Review questionable warranty claims and provide recommendations on accepting or denying claims. Assist in training of new hires. Monitor Customer Service call queue to ensure calls are being answered in a timely manner. Attend weekly TQI meetings. Assist manager in building and maintaining positive relationship with the sales force and customers, including handling of escalated issues. Handle customer issues immediately. Assist in identifying and developing departmental process improvements. Participate in Leadership Development Training. Assist in HR related duties. Input warranty information into Trues CRM. Assist n employee reviews. Assist in interview process.

Position requires a minimum of a bachelors degree in international business management, business administration, management, or closely related field of study. Minimum of three years in job offered or as a Customer Service Representative (can be experience gained with True or its Affiliates). Job located in OFallon, MO, and any other unanticipated locations throughout the United States. 40 hours per week. $77,106 to $80,538 per year.
