Description:

Sr. Complex Claims Analyst: Proactively investigate, evaluate and negotiate resolution of assigned primary and excess Insurance Agents and Brokers errors and omissions claims in accordance with established best practices and assure claims are handled within granted autonomy limits. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and brokers as well as internal business partners

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven track record in handling D&O high level risk and EPL .

• Identify financial risk points

• Detailed understanding of claims handling process

• Demonstrate established relationships with brokers at peer level group and well established in local market

• In-depth understanding of regional/local LoB insurance markets and competitor landscape

• Multi-lingual is a plus

• 5 + years experience
