Job Summary Join our Oak Creek, WI team as a Cybersecurity Intern! Our internships are hands on, highly technical, and designed to let you see what it\'s like to work at Astronautics. This is a paid undergraduate intern opportunity. As a cybersecurity intern, you will work closely with our information technology staff on reducing the cybersecurity risk to our business. Our intern program consists of real world experience and mentors are assigned to assist interns in achieving related career development that is of mutual benefit to you and Astronautics. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for working with data, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Position Responsibilities: Daily monitoring, investigation, and dispositioning of cybersecurity alerts in state-of-the art tools Assessing and reporting on critical vulnerabilities Participate in security reviews of IT changes Identify trends and areas for improvement Desired Skills: Strong communication, analytical, organizational and problem solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Capability of working independently with limited oversight from senior team members Education and Experience: Required Qualifications: Current accredited college or university enrollment with sophomore, junior or senior standing; making progress towards an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics or Application Development Strong familiarity with Microsoft Windows networking environment Minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75 Able to work full-time onsite during the summer of 2024 and part-time on-site during the 2024-2025 school year Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship Desired Qualifications: CompTIA certifications Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above Ability to work part-time during the school year Join a team that designs computers, displays, and electronic systems for aircraft of the future!
