ASTRONAUTICS CORP/AMERICA Process Engineering Coordinator in OAK CREEK, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: What You Will Do: We are seeking a Process Engineering Coordinator to support our process engineering team! In this role you will assist with creating and updating our assembly instructions, bill of materials, and engineering order entry.You will also support our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for the production floor, run reports as needed, and manage the long-term storage inventory. This on-site position is located at our Headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. You will report directly into the Process Engineering Manager. How You Will Do It: Create and update assembly instructions. Coordinate the approval and release of manufacturing documentation. Create and update bill of materials (BOMs) for box build assembly. Support the production floor and Production Control teams with the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Manage equipment and tooling for long term storage inventory. Coordinate and maintain preventative maintenance records for production equipment. Support the process engineering team on the production floor. Other tasks may be assigned as needed. What We Look For: Required High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution. Experience working with MES and ERP systems. Must have proficient computer skills (MS Office). Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment under deadlines. Experience with shop/work orders and routings. Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Desired Experience with bill of materials (BOMs) maintenance. Experience handling engineering change orders.
