WHAT IT ENTAILS: This position will not only assist in leading the sales department, but to also drive process improvement through our Elite Support Initiative. As the Sales Administrator, you would report directly to the Office Manager. Specific duties include: Assisting managers and the sales team in a variety of projects. Assist with all aspects of the sales process, including the coordination of all vehicles sold, purchased, and traded Maintain relationships with state motor vehicle departments, license, and title services while also keeping an accurate inventory of all paperwork associated with acquisitions.
