Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, monitoring repair orders, and providing excellent customer service. Must have mechanical aptitude, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to relate to customers in a positive and professional manner. This candidate must be Team focused and strive to be the best at what they do.
