Skookum is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator II with a positive attitude. Typical duties include but are not limited to: Receptionist: Greet customers and workers needing access to technical information. Answer phones. Write down messages. Answer routine questions. Data Management: Manage asset and work management in Maximo - ensure key information in paper files from Technical Library, e.g. OEM manuals, warranty data, is aligned. Make Copies: Copy memos, adjustment documents, and other documentation throughout the day. Filing: Write names on labels and attached to files. Alphabetize. File in Technical Library as required. Customer Service: Provide efficient and effective customer service. Assist in conducting monthly inventories as required. Runs and distributes reports as needed. Input pertinent information into Maximo and other Government systems in order to create required reports, such as maintenance and asset information. Adjustment Documents: Write data, including numbers, into log book. Sequence document numbers. Match documents. File into filing cabinet in chronological order. Qualifications: Must have at least one year of experience working with computers. Must be able to organize and alphabetize according to an established filing system. Experience with Maximo and other government systems preferred. Physical Requirements: Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties. Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.
