Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

The LPN supports a primary care clinic!

Duties:

• Triaging and rooming patients

• Taking vital signs

• Performing phlebotomy

• Following up with patients for procedure/test scheduling or referrals if needed

• Assessing the patient’s general condition

• Documenting interventions and patient responses

• Maintaining adequate stock of supplies

• Ensuring the accuracy of patient medical records.

• Use of medical equipment (stethoscope, scales, thermometers, blood pressure cuff, basic lab equipment)

Work Location

This is a fully on-site position in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

Shift

Monday - Friday / 7:30am-4:30pm
