Job Description

As a Business Development Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to help conceive and incubate ideas in the adjacent and new business search fields, develop/implement new business modules, and contribute to long-term growth of the division. You will have opportunities to make a difference and grow with a large global organization.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will:

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs and new business opportunities;

  • Lead the development of value propositions and business models, validate them with proof of concepts and pilots

  • Develop a robust qualified pipeline of growth projects in adjacent and new business search fields

  • Identify and secure resources. Engage and manage cross functional teams to ensure successful implementation of growth projects

  • Develop and deliver pitches for prospective customers and internal executives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Entrepreneurship required, MBA preferred

  • 3-7 years of experience in business development or product management with proven track record in conceiving, incubating and executing new business concepts; working experience in automotive aftermarket industry preferred

  • Highly result-oriented, excellent project management skills with ability to work on multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously

  • Self-learner and self-starter

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills

  • Effective communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
