Your role at Clorox:

At The Clorox Company, the Account Supervisor role offers a unique opportunity to lead projects across several of our world-class cleaning and home care brands. This position is perfect for someone who is exceptionally driven, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to implement world-class marketing strategies. Your work will have a direct impact on our brand's success and will be instrumental in driving our mission forward.

In this role, you will:

  • Successfully conduct and manage multiple projects across our cleaning and home care brands.

  • Handle communications with key partners, including brand engagement members, integrated agency partners, and vendors.

  • Build briefs and requirement documentation, ensuring all approvals and insights are flawlessly gathered.

  • Understand and integrate social and digital strategies with traditional marketing channels

  • Formulate the implications of changes to budget and delivery timelines.

  • Proactively ask questions and problem-solve with Creative, Project Management, and Digital Experience departments.

  • Plan and drive test and learn iterations, partnering with analytics, performance, and tech enhancement teams.

  • Demonstrate an ability to anticipate needs and prioritize projects and actions in real-time.

  • Stay current on all timelines, client briefings, launch dates, and meeting times.

What we look for:

Experience

  • 5+ years of Brand Management, Brand Engagement or Digital Management experience, working with fully integrated campaigns for a CPG company.

  • Understanding of CRM or email marketing

  • Experience working with creative and technical teams

  • Experience with digital campaigns, website development, social and video content production

  • Production experience a plus

Skills

  • Strong presentation and writing skills

  • Self-starter, the ability to have autonomy on leading projects

  • Strong Analytical Skills

  • Enjoys working with teams.

Education

  • BSc on Marketing, Business or related experience.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100

–Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300

–Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
