We are partnering with a local company in the Oakland area that is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist who is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, performing data entry tasks, and providing assistance to both our customers and sales team.

The ideal candidate is personable and friendly in phone interactions and face-to-face with office visitors. An exceptional eye for detail and the ability to remain focused amidst distractions is crucial. We are seeking a spirited individual who thrives when multitasking in a vibrant and energetic environment.

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, including written and verbal communication.

• Bachelor's degree is a major plus
