SEI INVESTMENTS COMPANY Institutional Asset Transition Manager in Oaks, Pennsylvania

Reference #: SEI1GLOBALR0030384EXTERNALENGLOBAL The Institutional Asset Transition Manager is responsible for managing the implementation plan and conversion efforts for institutional asset management clients of SEI.

What you will do:

Work closely with global institutional clients, investment managers, administrators, brokers and custodians.

Drive the delivery of cross-operations project management during investment and custodial conversions, de-conversions, and new implementations for institutional clients of SEI including assisting with communications and coordination among parties within and out of SEI

Develop detailed project plans and timelines for all transitions

Work with external clients and portfolio managers to configure client-specific transition workflows

Coordinate trade processing with custodian, managers, and other stakeholders, etc.

Ensure timely trade delivery to custodian and assist with settlement of securities

Provide post trade reporting and cost analysis

Manage and improve the entirety of the onboarding process related to establishment and communication of expectations including reporting and system set-ups to allow for seamless handoff to servicing team

Collaborate with client servicing and sales teams to support revenue growth and retention strategies

What we need from you:

Minimum of 5 years of investment industry experience

Industry experience with front, middle, and backoffice integration, functionality, and trading platforms

Proven success managing large complex relationships

Strong written and verbal communication skills

An ability to synthesize, analyze and draw conclusions about complex data

Critical thinking skills

Ability to manage complex client situations

Strong work ethic and an interest in operating as part of a client team

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office products
