Reference #: SEI1GLOBALR0030243EXTERNALENGLOBAL SEI is looking for a Product Support Engineer primarily responsible for the production and development systems support of a suite of trading and portfolio management applications. This includes support of other financial based applications hosted for several business units within SEI. This highly critical and visible role includes constant interaction with many technical and business based teams.

The Product Support Engineer position will be responsible for performing QA and solutions design analysis, and multi-team project participation. This includes working with, but not limited to, developers, business, vendors and other teams across SEI. Tasks include day-to-day operation, upgrade certifications, patching software changes as well as providing for analysis, QA and resolution of issues. The individual we are seeking must be self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently; must be goal oriented. You should have an understanding of cash processing principles and technologies.

What you'll do: Support the daily activities that process through Bottomline Webseries Provide assistance to clients to setup RCP and when they have problems printing Provide back up and assistance for other team members Ensure Service Now tickets are addressed in a timely manner Escalation and remediation of issues which arise during daily processing Engage with a 3rd Party Vendor to ensure issues/questions are accurately answered Support disaster recovery testing Proactively recommend innovations and modifications that are in compliance with industry requirements and are consistent with corporate objectives and goals to improve processes Provide requirements to Developers for code changes Execute and document QA testing. Provide instructions to Technical Support team for changes that they have to make in Pilot and production environments Collaborate with internal teams when necessary Setup new client implementations Create new client logos for checks Quarterly patching of the OS that gets provided by Information Security

What we need from you: A minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of IT support BA/BS degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Business or a related field Cash management experience preferred Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills Motivated, and maintains a positive, professional attitude at all times Handles multiple tasks and demonstrates the ability to work well under pressure Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and mainframe applications Knowledge of SQL scripting and Crystal Reporting
