Lift Power Inc Outside Sales Representative in Ocala, Florida

Maximize customer satisfaction by creating and maintaining exceptional sales service to existing Lift Power customers in all areas of the material handling industry. The Customer Service Sales Rep is aligned with the Sales Representative to service and sell aftermarket related products and solutions to the customer.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow a defined territory.

  • Target and sign up new customers within the assigned territory.

  • Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin.

  • Monitor competitive activity and trends within the territory.

  • Provide sales and service support for all Lift Power products and services with existing customers, while increasing new business development.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships through active communication with existing and potential customers.

  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to maintain current customers and identify areas of opportunity.

  • Sell training on warehouse safety products, warehouse optimization resources, and forklift operator training.

  • Support aftermarket sales, including preventative maintenance on lift trucks and batteries.

  • Assist in compiling and writing quotes in collaboration with Sales and Service teams.

  • Use Salesforce to prospect and communicate with Sales Reps and the Sales Manager.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

  • Actively promote safety and good housekeeping, with special emphasis on the accuracy of scrap load reports and the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of business to business outside sales outside sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

  • A strong initiative with exceptional customer service, planning and organizational skills.

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate are required.

  • Previous success attaining and exceeding sales goals is a plus

  • General computer proficiency including knowledge of MS Office is required

  • Experience with Salesforce platforms or other CRM platforms.

  • You must also possess a valid drivers license
