Job Title: Production Lead (Bilingual)

Job Description

Aerotek is hiring now for a Production Lead in the Ocala, FL area! We are looking for a reliable individual to work at a Manufacturing Facility, while helping manage production and the staffing workforce. Coordinate with other production supervisors and departments, while leading a team for 30-50 assemblers and production workers.

Overview:

• Job title: Production Lead

• Location: Ocala, FL

• Shift: 4:30am-3:00pm (Monday-Thursday, possible overtime on Friday)

• Pay: $22-$23/hr (based on experience)

• Manufacturing facility (non-climate controlled)

• Participate in production assembly and work flow

• Lead a team of 30-50 employees while performing assembly duties

• Assist with payroll, employee relations, and new hire trainings

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience is required

• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing setting

• Ability to use computers to send email, assist with payroll, and run production reports

• Bilingual is preferred - English and Spanish

• Ability to perform "working" duties including production assembly.

• Ability to work in non-climate controlled environments.
