Description

We are searching for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Oceanside, CA to join our team. This position is open to recent graduates and involves managing customer invoicing, ensuring timely payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of customer transactions. It also includes collaborating with the sales team, participating in special projects, and contributing to a positive team environment. This role offers opportunities for recent graduates to gain valuable experience in accounting while supporting the accounts receivable function and fostering professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently to ensure timely payment.

• Assist in monitoring accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on past due accounts.

• Collaborate with the sales team to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries.

• Help maintain organized records of customer transactions and communications.

• Participate in special projects or initiatives to improve accounts receivable processes and efficiency.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic accounting role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
