Description

Our client in Oceanside is in need of a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper. This role will involve handling all financial matters for the company, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processes, bank reconciliations, and profit-and-loss statements.

Responsibilities:

• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

• Bring the books to the trial balance stage.

• Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.

• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of related experience.

• Knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles.

• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with relevant accounting software.

• Strong analytic skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
