JOB REQUIREMENTS: Business Development Rep - R4560 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Strategically create a logical outreach plan and research a potential new customer\'s needs prior to contacting the new customer via phone or email. 2. Investigate, probe, and prepare quotations for Regional Account Managers to share with new customers. 3. Actively listen to customers to understand and assist them with their needs. 4. Continuously educate self on the ORBIS product line to effectively recommend products, options, and performance related to new customer inquiries. 5. Collaborate with Regional Account Managers, Pricing, and Product Management to earn new customer business, provide excellent customer service, and maintain an ongoing customer relationship. 6. Create sales quotations and build opportunities within Sales Force. 7. Respond to customers and internal teams in a timely manner. 8. Other duties as assigned.
