Job Title: Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Join our team as a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift, where you will operate and maintain a concrete block machine, ensuring the production of high-quality concrete products. Responsibilities include starting and stopping the machine, aligning blocks, conducting daily cleaning, changing out programs, and performing minor repairs. You will also inspect products for quality, monitor and report on equipment malfunctions, and maintain a clean, orderly work area. Training will be provided on the day shift before moving to the regular schedule.

Job Type

Work Environment

This role is based in a plant environment that is dusty and noisy, with temperature variations. It requires wearing a hard hat, ear plugs, and mask. You must be comfortable working in a physically demanding setting and be open to overtime as needed.
