Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Invoice Clerk in the manufacturing industry, based in Odessa, Texas. In this role, you will handle the submission of invoices into EDI portals, with a particular focus on Open Invoice and Ariba. This critical role is responsible for maintaining accurate records and processing invoices efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Submit invoices into EDI portals, specifically Open Invoice and Ariba

• Ensure the accurate and timely entry of invoices

• Monitor and maintain customer accounts regularly

• Resolve customer inquiries related to invoices

• Process customer credit applications with precision

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Regularly review customer invoices for approval

• Act promptly on invoice processing tasks

• Utilize your skills in Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure all financial records are up-to-date and accurate. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Demonstrated ability to enter, process, and approve invoices

• Familiarity with Ariba software and systems

• Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and independently

• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to identify errors

• High school degree or equivalent education level is required.
