The Authentication Services team is looking for a Product Manager - Technical to help drive our strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving for the Identity Solutions Services Management (ISSM) and Identity Solutions Services Test (ISST) applications that enable over 3,000 companies to self-service they’re onboarding and ongoing administration for the Identity Check product, enabling user authentication during ecommerce purchases.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver solutions by doing system analysis and business analysis for software solutions.

• Write and maintain high quality features and stories which help the development team develop the right product and enhancements.

• Help plan, design and develop technical solutions and alternatives to meet business requirements in adherence with Mastercard standards, processes and best practices.

• Works with developers, UX designers, and internal customers to define the details behind the business requirements and assist in system analysis.

• Coordinate and conduct functional demos to stakeholders.

• Understand and explain the business context and the associated customer use cases.

• Develop expertise within feature areas and coordinate with interdependent teams.

• Coordinates with interdependent teams on platform product requirements

• Recognize discordant views and take part in constructive dialog to resolve them.

• Ensures timely and accurate communication with development and other internal staff throughout the life cycle of the project.

Qualifications:

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Proficient communication skills with verbal and written English.

• Able to understand the technologies supporting the platform product.

Additional preferred skills:

• Experience working in an agile environment

• Experience with Microsoft Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, Outlook, etc), Confluence, ALM, Remedy, Jira, Aha!

• Understanding of design of user experience.

• Organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills.

• Experience with the design and development of complex, multi-tier software solutions.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
