Applies advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction; mentors and may supervise team members. Bachelors degree and 5+ years directly related experience or Masters degree and 3+ years directly related experience. Years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree for certain roles. You Have: • 8+ years of experience with VMware, including ESX and Horizon • Experience with developing and implementing complex virtualized architecture systems • Experience with providing advanced support to IT systems where you are the solution provider • Experience with full lifecycle implementation from install to deprecation • Experience with drafting and updating technical requirements, engineering documents, configuration documents, training manuals, and troubleshooting processes • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, troubleshooting, and performance tuning • TS/SCI clearance • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or 14+ years of experience with Systems Engineering in lieu of a degree • DoD 8570 compliance IAT Category Level II Certification • VCP Certification Clearance:   Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
