Sales Manager Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Must have eight to ten years of experience In the Merchant Processing Industry
- Preferred Skills/Experience
- Advanced knowledge of sales and sales strategies
- Thorough understanding of merchant processing products/services, banking operations, and current market trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills
- Excellent customer service/relations skills
- Ability to make critical decisions independently
Additional Responsibilities As Sales Manager:
- Work with talent acquisition manager to recruit and train
- Work with the corporate office to create/implement sales systems within the company portal
- Sales meetings with corporate.
- Make sales through assigned sales staff to customers and prospects.
- Create revenue, volume, and market share objectives for a given team and market area.
- Put in place and achieve sales and marketing strategies for the products/services sold.
- Establish relationships with bank partners and industry associations.
- You will train, motivate, and provide daily management to assigned staff.
