Responsibilities:

  Creates and drives competitive product strategies

  Evaluate product performance against strategic objectives and adjust as needed

 Develops, evaluates and implements strategic product plans, based on client needs

  Takes data-backed action on underperforming areas within the product offerings

 Owns and controls the overall product experience

 Creates, tests, and validates predictive model

Day to Day:

One of Insight Global's financial clients in Ogden, UT is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire product life cycle for the payments department. They will additionally be responsible for product development and strategic planning to drive growth. They will focus on optimizing products and pricing, to ensure member satisfaction. They will additionally manage risk, and achieve business goals while leading cross-functional teams in product innovation and process improvement. The ideal candidate enjoys working with others, is proactive, and is passionate about owning a product and seeing that product through from start to finish.

Skills and Requirements

Must Have:

 5-8 years of experience as a Product Manager

 Bachelors degree in business or related field required.

 Willing to work onsite 5 days a week (Riverdale/ Roy UT)

 Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) Tableau, Pluses:

 Experience working with Payment products

 MBA or Masters degree in a business field preferred.

 Experience working in a financial institution. null
