Robert Half Compensation Director in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Description We have partnered with an established manufacturing company to identify an experienced Compensation Director for their growing team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Designs, implements and administers all compensation programs including base salary, incentive pay, equity plans and executive compensation.

• Ensures compensation programs and objectives are competitive in the market, equitable internally, and remain within budgetary parameters.

• Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends.

• Provides advice on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.

• Designs creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans.

• Develops techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data.

• Champions timely and robust data collection and analysis processes that support research and market, pay equity, and other compensation studies.

• Oversees the messaging to employees to promote clarity and reinforce the value of compensation programs.

• Responsible for engaging and managing external vendors.

Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field and 10+ years of progressive experience. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) credentials required. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) professional credentials preferred.
