Paycom Online Contract Specialist I in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

The Paycom Contract Specialist I is responsible for assisting the legal department in administration, implementation, and quality control of contracts, as well as various administrative duties and filings by reviewing signed agreements for new clients or current clients adding additional products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages large document review projects

  • Processes incoming agreements for approval

  • Reviews and determines signed client agreements for approval

  • Provides assistance with various administrative duties

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Certification:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience:

  • Required: 0-1+ years of administrative experience

  • Preferred: Previous legal or compliance experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects

  • High standard of excellence in attention to details, deadlines, policies and procedures

  • Demonstrated proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft office suite

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across various departments

  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form

  • Ability to handle a number of high priority projects simultaneously and effectively

  • Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision

  • Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations
