The Boeing Company is looking for a Facilities/Workspace Strategist based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

In this role, you’ll cultivate meaningful connections with teams, including the Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) team in Oklahoma City, supporting the B-1 and E-7 programs, and Presidential Flight Operations. Your goal is to understand their unique space requirements and provide tactical and strategic facilities solutions to support the business.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Workplace Strategy: Develop strategies and plans for owned and leased facilities to support an ever-evolving business with 1 million square feet of office, lab, high-bay space and grounds.

  • Optimize Space: Coordinate moves within our buildings to maximize office capacity and ensure a comfortable work environment

  • Develop Projects: Gather specifications and create project estimates based on requests from business partners, presenting detailed option pros and cons for their review

  • Collaborate with Project Management: Partner with project management to implement approved plans per requirements

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 6+ years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree

  • Experience giving presentations and public speaking

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 2+ years of experience planning events or space utilization

  • Experience with AutoCAD & developing or supporting estimates

  • Project management experience

  • Experience in resolving problems and providing a high-level of customer service

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $73,100 – $98,900
