The role involves leading a team of project controls professionals to oversee construction planning, cost control, and productivity reporting while collaborating on project execution and participating in risk and change management discussions.

responsibilities:

• Leads a team of project controls professionals.

• Oversees construction planning and cost control functions with supervision.

• Ensures that constructability is considered during the planning process.

• Facilitates productivity reporting to track project performance.

• Implements tools to assess project status and proactively identify and escalate issues.

• Collaborates with the management team on project execution strategies.

• Secures project management support for effective execution.

• Participates in discussions related to risk and change management.

Skills: Proficient in Primavera P6 and experienced in construction projects.

Education and Experience:

• Four-year Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, preferred.

• Four-year Bachelor's degree with five or more years of relevant Cost Control of Planning and Scheduling experience or

• No four-year Bachelor's degree required with eight years or more of relevant Cost Control or Planning and Scheduling experience in Home Office or Field Office.
