Description We are looking for a meticulous Insurance Follow-Up Specialist who will be based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role involves working within the insurance industry, focusing on tasks such as billing and data entry. The employment type for this role is temporary.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and following up on insurance claims diligently.

• Conducting data entry tasks with high accuracy.

• Liaising with insurance companies to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

• Ensuring all billing information is updated and accurate.

• Conducting regular reviews of insurance policies and procedures.

• Ensuring compliance with all insurance regulations and guidelines.

• Assisting in the development of strategies to improve billing efficiency.

• Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies in billing processes.

• Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.

• Utilizing insurance industry knowledge to support and streamline operations. Requirements • Proficient in Billing procedures and practices

• Strong Data Entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage customer accounts and ensure timely payment

• Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures

• Ability to follow up on insurance claims and ensure resolution

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proven problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures

• Proficiency in using computer software and applications related to the role

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently

• High ethical standards and understanding of confidentiality requirements

• Prior experience in insurance follow-up or related role is preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent education level is required

• Willingness to continue learning and improving skills related to the role.
