AAR Inventory Coordinator in OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma

SUMMARY

The Inventory Coordinator will coordinate all warehouse inventories, ensure the timely scheduling and completion of all inventories, as well as adhere to all AAR policies and procedures

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain all open and closed inventory files and schedules.

  • Track and expedite warehouse inventories.

  • Initiate, schedule, and conduct all customer-required inventories.

  • Assist in clearing inventory anomalies and submitting required reports promptly.

  • Must be highly organized and detail orientated.

  • Planning, coordinating, and supervising periodic physical inventories.

  • Delegate tasks and assignments for personnel.

  • Addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • Collaborate with management to implement training.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Must have a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training.

  • Previous experience in warehousing, inventory management, and barcode equipment.

  • Previous experience in aviation or aviation related industry is a plus.

  • Computer keypunch experience.

  • Experience with Excel/Spreadsheet programs is preferred.

  • Knowledge of on-line Warehouse Management Systems. Experience with Boeing Warehouse Management and Shipping Systems is preferred.

  • Forklift operations.

  • Material counting machine operations.

  • Certified and trained in hazardous materials handling according to all current IATA regulations is preferred.
