Job Description:

As a Picker/Packer, your primary duties involve locating materials using order pick lists, ensuring they are accurately labeled, and transporting them to designated areas for customer pick-up, delivery, or shipping.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Accurately scan, pull, and label materials to prevent errors.
• Report any damages or shortages promptly.
• Ensure all orders are picked and processed in a timely manner.
• Safely operate authorized warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Stack and pile finished goods into containers for shipment.
• Verify item accuracy, complete necessary documentation, and handle defective products.

Must Have Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of previous pick/packing experience (3 years preferred), particularly beneficial if you have a strong background in food service.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. continuously.
• Comfortable with physical activities including squatting, sitting, standing, walking, and reaching throughout the day.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who can also work independently when needed.
• Basic PC knowledge.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
