As a Product Manager, you will work closely with product management leadership, business stakeholders, customers, and the development team to drive the design and development of our Workforce Management solution with a focus on legislative compliance. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to help us look after the statutory compliance of the Oracle NetSuite SuitePeople Workforce Management product focusing on North America and select international regions.
This role is for someone who wants to be responsible for gathering and prioritizing feature requirements and working with a development team to deliver high-quality products in an Agile environment. We'd like you to be a self-starter who loves to engage with customers to identify problems and collaborate with team members to find the best solutions

Responsibilities
Your work will include collaborating with product management leadership, technical teams, and other stakeholders to enhance and maintain our Workforce Management product.
Monitor legislative changes primarily in North America and support other regions as required for Time and Labor.
Routinely provide updates to development and Product team on legislative activity that will impact the product.
Work with Development, Support, and customers to resolve legislative compliance issues.
Synthesize complicated legislative compliance issues to deliver concise product requirements for development teams.
Define business requirements and user scenarios based on customer input, research, compliance requirements, and product strategy.
Collaborate with product management leadership to create roadmaps.
Clear definition and prioritization of high-level business requirements, as well as detailed user stories.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the team’s feature backlog, designs and implementation is aligned with product roadmaps and strategy.
Ensure feature releases are planned, documented, and shared as appropriate.
Candidate Profile/Qualifications
Skills we also look for:
Excellent knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws particularly related to overtime, shift differentials and scheduling as it applies to North American markets.
Appetite to become an expert in time, labor and wage legislation in other regions such as ANZ and UK.
Skilled in reviewing, analyzing and tracking legislation that impacts time and labor and wage calculations for payroll.
Analytical skills to translate complex legislative and regulatory documents into clearly articulated software requirements.
Previous experience interacting with customers, requirements gathering and analysis.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
Willingness to cross train in other Compliance areas (Payroll tax, benefits, Human resources, as required).
Flexibility to work with Global team members across multiple time zones.
Unfazed by ambiguity and demonstrate a resilience in adopting change.
Demonstrates the ability to collaborate with groups of subject matter experts (SME’s) to build strong relationships.
Qualifications:
Focus in HCM, Time and labor management, with an emphasis on compliance.
3+ years of experience working as a Product Manager in an Agile development environment is preferred.
Required Experience:
US Time and Labor and Payroll & Compliance
Previous experience with Time and Labor and or Payroll systems
Currently holds SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CCP, FPC or CPP certification or is willing to pursue one of the above certifications within two years of hire.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
Canada: Hiring Range from $58,100 to $126,000 CAD per annum
US: Hiring Range: from $70,400 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
