The person we are searching for is a professional in warehousing and distribution. Preferred qualifications include shipping and receiving experience, extremely detailed oriented, and a leader that takes extreme ownership in their tasks. If a candidate has counter sales or driving experience this is a bonus however this position is focused on warehouse operations with a specialty in shipping and receiving. For a serious warehouse professional there is the opportunity to make the role your own as this is a dynamic team with the latitude to lean into your strengths.

Reports to: Location Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to move heavy boxes and material (minimum of 65 lbs.).

• Clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• High attention to detail

• Experience in warehouse operations

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:

• Demonstrated capacity to learn quickly, work hard, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to multi-task

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sit down forklift trained

• Customer service experience

• Experience in shipping and receiving

• Experience with UPS, FEDEX, and various LTL freight companies

Working Conditions:

• Walking, bending, lifting on a concrete floor

• Hot and cold temperatures depending on the weather

• Interacting with both staff and customers on a daily basis

• Hand picking orders

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Essential Job Functions:

• Efficiently handle shipping and receiving tasks using UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight companies.

• Accurately stage and pull customer orders.

• Involve in wire cutting for customer orders and restocking as necessary.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse (including sweeping and trash disposal).

• Contribute to the team by proactively taking on additional responsibilities.

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $20 to $20 hourly.
