Do you have experience processing a high volume of invoices with daily deadlines and desire to work for one of the largest and most respected privately owned corporations in the world? This contract opportunity is made for the detail-loving, number-crunching, efficient and accurate accounts payable processing professional! You will be receiving a high volume of invoices daily in a variety of different formats and dollar amounts from thousands of different sources. Your charge is to get them processed accurately and timely. You will be utilizing your Excel skills to process the data and JD Edwards as the accounting system of record. If you enjoy your day flying by, love to be swamped, and can handle workflows that vary from crazy to manageable; this opportunity is for you! It is 100% onsite and starts at 7:00am or 7:30am. The end time is 3:30pm or 4:00pm. You will have a lot of visibility within the company!

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices for payment from thousands of different business partners

• Audit invoices for accuracy

• Re-calculate multiple touchpoints on invoices

• Comfortable and confident processing invoices for payments in the six figures

• Utilize Excel's functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and matching) to manipulate the detail

• Input, review, and research invoice information in JD Edwards system (accounting system)

• Work 100 percent onsite to interact with the Accounts Payable Manager and other team members

• Manage a flexible workload from frenzy to manageable

• Accommodate a flexible lunch break time to accommodate for the work volumes

• Open to starting your day at 7:00am or 7:30am with completed the day at 3:30pm or 4:00pm
