Position Overview: CNC Machinist We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, programming, and setup of Haas machines. You will also manage first article QC and ongoing quality checks during production runs, as well as routine machine maintenance. We value autonomy, and you'll be expected to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, program, and set up Haas CNC machines

• Conduct first article and ongoing quality checks

• Perform routine machine maintenance (warm-ups, changeovers, greasing)

• Track labor efficiency and meet key deadlines

• Balance responsibilities with 10% setup, 10% QC, 25% programming, and 55% operation

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, drills, and end mills

• solid ability to program, set up, and run CNC machines independently

• Working knowledge of Fusion 360 or SolidWorks is preferred

Shifts & Schedule:

• 1st shift; typical schedule is flexible with no overtime required

• Flexible start date, with the company looking to hire quickly

Ideal Candidate: You are experienced in CNC operations, specifically with Haas machines, and can work independently with minimal supervision. You have a solid attention to detail, especially in setup, programming, and QC. Our ideal machinist thrives in a laid-back but performance-driven environment.
