Provides general cleaning and maintenance to property grounds, facilities, interior and exterior of common areas.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Removal of trash/rubbish from property grounds to include but not limited to all property entrances, offices, shop and parking lot.
• Landscape duties include mowing, weeding, edging, planting and watering.
• Assist with maintaining fishpond
• Operate within OSHA guidelines
• Take proper care of tools and equipment
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to use various landscaping equipment, gas blower, rake, broom, shovel, weed whacker, and other yard tools.
• Present a professional image and be courteous to all employees and guests.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to adjust work schedule to complete project assignments.
• Ability to respond and be recalled to the property anytime.

Physical Requirements

• The job is physically strenuous and requires the use of muscles to regularly lift, push, pull or carry heaving objects up to 75 lbs.
• Physical capabilities to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, reach out, grasp, handle small objects, sit, kneel, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, bend or twist their body in awkward spaces, repeat same movements.
• Shovel, chop, push, blow or plow snow or ice-covered walkways and driveways, laying down ice melt or rock salt atop icy surfaces to prevent others from slipping.
• Ability to work in extreme weather, very hot and very cold temps, rain and snow, day or night.
