A service company in Old Bethpage, NY is hiring a Customer Service Dispatcher to join their team immediately! We are seeking a candidate with experience in either customer service or dispatching for a service company or similar industry. This candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast moving environment and have the ability to wear many hats when needed. Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on service requests and priorities.

• Monitor and manage daily schedules to ensure timely service delivery and address any schedule changes.

• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide service updates, and handle any service-related inquiries.

• Maintain detailed records of service calls, technician availability, and job statuses in company software.

• Assist with coordinating emergency or urgent service requests, ensuring quick response times.

• Collaborate with service technicians and office staff to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Troubleshoot minor issues related to scheduling or customer service, escalating complex problems as needed.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all clients receive timely and professional service.
