THE WORK

This role will reviews completed assembly, process, test, mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical quality records to determine data accuracy, acceptability and completeness. Supports development of quality plans and procedures in accordance with customer requirements. Initiates, reviews, analyzes and reports on quality-related data/metrics from production, service, supplier or process improvement activities and analyzes using statistical techniques. May supervise and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Communicates optimally with assemblers, engineers, and management when resolving quality issues.

Basic Qualifications:

A strong background in the manufacturing process of Circuit Card, Cables, Subassemblies and Cabinets.

• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Computer System navigation is required.

• Detail-oriented and proficient at interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC manuals, revision control, reference documents and work instructions.

• Experience with solder and conformal coating on CCAs. IAW IPC-J-STD-001 & IPC-A-610 requirements.

• Experience with soldered and crimp inspection on cables using IPC-A-620 standards.

• A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills. Interfaces effectively and diplomatically with assemblers, test technicians, engineers, customers, and management when resolving quality issues.

• Proficient with Personal Computers.

-This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen

• IPC-A-610 Certified Specialist.

• IPC-J-STD-001 Certified Specialist

• IPC-A-620 Certified Specialist.

• 5+ years of combined CCA, Cable and Mechanical manufacturing experience, to include solder, conformal coat, and mechanical assembly.

• Ability to interpret requirements and call-out non-conformances.

• Experience in using the Solumina, SAP, EPDM manufacturing execution system.

• Experience with Adobe Pro

**Experience managing quality records control process to assure adequate accountability and traceability.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
