JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Accountant, Operations will oversee all aspects of inventory accounting and standard costing, conducting warehouse product and manufacturing analysis. This role involves collaborating with Corporate Accounting and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate transaction bookings and effective credit processing. Candidates must have experience in inventory control, inventory systems, standard costing, and account reconciliations. A strong aptitude for utilizing systems and driving continuous improvement in the accounting function is essential. Join us to enhance our financial processes and overall performance.

  REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in general/cost accounting, standard cost, and manufacturing finance operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to present complex information clearly.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in financial modeling and analytical techniques considered a significant plus.
