Overview

We are hiring an Associate Director, Corporate Accounts. The AssociateDirector of Corporate Accountsis responsible for achieving specific account indicators and objectives leading to sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. The AssociateDirector of Corporate Accountsrepresents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while coordinating closely with field associates and managers assigned to these customers’ other locations. Participation in global strategy creation and responsible for overall execution. This position reports to the Director of Worldwide Medical Sales.

Job Description

  1. Creation of strategic plans for driving assigned objectives:

  2. Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.

  3. Develops and executes strategic Corporate Account plans for defined accounts by creating strategic collaborations aimed at fulfilling customer needs, develop scientific collaboration and increasing FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific’s market share.

  4. Assigned to manage assigned accounts in USA, Europe and others as determined by management.

  5. Management of strong internal and external relationships:

  6. Build strong and effective customer relationships at C-level and key stakeholders in corporate functions.

  7. Lead cross functional customer account teams to ensure superior service levels and tailored scientific and commercial projects for Corporate Accounts.

  8. Work together with local FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific representatives to develop leads, gather insights and execute Corporate Account initiatives.

  9. Engagement and alignment of FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific cross-functional teams towards growth of strategic products within Corporate Accounts.

  10. General:

  11. Contributes towards the global Corporate Account Management strategy

  12. Achieves assigned sales quota in designated global accounts.

  13. Meets assigned expectations for pricing.

  14. Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.

  15. Identify and implement best practices and ensure knowledge exchange in Corporate Account Management across the global organization.

  16. Support Marketing in developing strategies and positioning tools needed for success in Corporate Account targets.

Required Experience and Education:

  • Preferred 10+ years in the Assisted Reproductive Technology field.

  • 10+ years of medical device and/or biotech experience is required.

  • 10+ years Global Corporate Account Management experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in strategic brand management functions, preferably business unit ownership required.

  • Preferred 5+ years’ commercial experience in sales management.

  • Sales and marketing techniques; ART experience a plus.

  • Characteristics include: strategic, customer oriented, high degree of business acumen, skilled communicator, action oriented, team player, relationship builder, ability to work well across cultures and organizational dimentions.

Salary and Benefits:

  • For California, the base salary range for this position is $111,755.00 to $156,560.00 annually. Compensation for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience, location, etc.).
