The Team: Learning Experience Design The Learning Experience team is central to the Chegg Skills organization - leading and implementing our learning strategy across every service and surface in the product ecosystem. The team works collaboratively, including Product Managers, UX Designers, Instructional Designers, Learning Scientists, and Data Engineers. The Role: Senior Manager, Learning Experience Design As the Senior Manager of Learning Experience Design, you will design and build outcomes-focused and evidence-based learning products. You will have at least 8 years of experience working in or collaborating with product delivery teams, ideally with agile and iterative design frameworks. In addition, you will have at least 3 years of experience directly managing a team, setting and tracking individual and team goals, evaluating performance, and onboarding and mentoring early-career employees. You are skilled at making data-driven decisions quickly to inform learning design and implementation. You have worked in a commercial environment and are experienced in presenting a compelling business case to stakeholders. You seek to educate internal stakeholders on evidence-based best practices to strengthen a learning discipline across the organization and advocate for learning design throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategic plans for learning and design initiatives that align with overall business goals. * Lead and mentor 3-4 learning experience, product, and design managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. * Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-quality learning products and programs. * Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational priorities and ensure alignment across functions. * Ensure all learning materials are engaging, effective, and aligned with industry standards and best practices. * Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. * Manage project timelines and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope. * Provide regular updates to senior leadership on team progress, challenges, and opportunities. * Work closely with other departments, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure cohesive product strategies and messaging. * Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development. * Implement and optimize processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity. * Conduct To view the full job description,
