Description We are in the market for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in the retail industry, based in Omaha, Nebraska. This role centers around managing the accounts receivable for our team, which involves monitoring account activities and processing customer credit applications with precision. It's an opportunity that offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and dispatch invoices in a timely manner

• Undertake billing, collection, and reporting tasks according to set deadlines

• Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accurate

• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities

• Review and process credit memos and resolve customer billing issues

• Minimize accounts receivable delinquency through effective follow-ups and collections

• Produce monthly financial and management reports

• Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries

• Assist in general financial management and analysis

• Utilize accounting software systems, ERP, and CRM tools to streamline work processes and improve efficiency. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Experience with Epic Software

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Experience in Cash Activity management

• Knowledge of Check Processing procedures

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for financial data management and reporting.
